General
No. There are two ways to go about it, and both work.
If you have a logo, colours and typefaces, we build the site around them. If you have nothing, or just an old logo, we design the identity as part of the project. It’s priced as a separate item, but it all happens in one go, and the result hangs together better than a site bolted onto someone else’s identity.
Web apps, AI assistants and automations that take repetitive manual work off your team’s hands. For example:
- A client portal where your customers find their documents, orders and the status of their job.
- A booking system, or an internal tool for orders, scheduling or customer records.
- A dashboard with live numbers from several sources in one place.
- An AI assistant that knows your documents and answers customers on your website, by email or on WhatsApp. It can book appointments, speaks several languages and hands the conversation to you when a person is needed.
- An automation that turns a new order into an invoice, a confirmation email and a new row in your spreadsheet. We can connect forms, CRM, invoicing, email and calendars, for example through Make, Zapier or our own code.
- Bulk processing with AI: product descriptions, translations, pulling data out of invoices and contracts, or sorting emails.
We start by looking at where your team loses the most time, and build whatever saves you the most first. We handle data carefully, so only the people who need access get it, and we show your team how to use the finished tool.
The basics, yes, and we don’t charge extra for them. Every site we build has clean URLs, page titles and meta descriptions, structured data and a sitemap. If the new site replaces an old one, we redirect the old addresses to the new ones, so you don’t lose your search rankings or the links pointing to you.
What isn’t included is ongoing content work, keyword research and link building. That’s a separate service, because it takes months rather than weeks.
Tell us what you need. A few sentences will do, or go straight to the quote brief, which asks about the specifics. If you already have a website, we can also start with a free video review that shows you in a few minutes what’s holding it back.
Within 24 hours we’ll come back to you with a price and an estimated timeline. If we click, we’ll arrange a call, go through the details and send you a proposal with a schedule. Nobody signs anything before that. The first consultation is free and there’s no obligation.
The two of us, Filip and Oliver. We don’t hire anyone else and we don’t pass the work on, so the person you’re writing to is the one designing and building your site.
Either of us can take a site all the way from the first conversation to launch. Oliver is more of a people person, so he’s usually the one who talks to new enquiries. Filip leans towards strategy and mostly wants to know who the site is for and what people should do on it.
Pricing
We price every website on its own merits. The biggest factor is scope: how many pages there are, what extra features you need, and whether your copy and photos are ready. Two sites that look similar from the outside can differ in price several times over.
Fill in the short brief and within 24 hours we’ll send you a real price for your project, not a rough estimate. The price is fixed, and you’ll know it before we start work.
An online shop always costs more than a brochure site, because it handles money and data that has to be accurate. The exact figure depends mainly on three things: how many products you sell, whether the shop connects to your stock or accounting system, and which shipping and payment options you offer.
Fifty products with the same structure are less work than ten that each come in different variants. Tell us what you need and we’ll send you a price for your shop specifically. And if you haven’t got it all figured out yet, we can work through it together.
How we work
A smaller brochure site takes several weeks, a larger project several months. Once we’ve seen the brief we’ll give you a specific date, and we’ll stick to it.
When a deadline slips, it’s almost never because of the build. Usually we’re waiting for material: copy, photos, logins or sign-off inside your company. If you know the copy will be a struggle, tell us at the start. We can either write it for you or plan the schedule around it.
Yes, we work with clients anywhere. The whole project, from the first call to handover, can run remotely by email and video call. If you’re in the Czech Republic or London, we’re happy to meet in person too.
We can prepare your site and its copy in as many languages as you need.
After launch
Yes, if you want to. You get an admin area for everything that will change, such as news, testimonials, your team or your price list, and you won’t need any coding to use it. At handover we show you where everything is edited and record a short video you can go back to whenever you like. If you get stuck, drop us a line and we’ll help.
You don’t have to make the changes yourself, though. On a monthly care plan you just tell us what to change and it’s done within 48 hours. If you only need the odd change, we’ll do it at our hourly rate.
That’s up to you. We hand the site over with every login and a short video showing where to change things, and then you can look after it yourself or leave it to us.
If you leave it to us, we set up a monthly care plan around how much work you expect. Together we estimate the workload and agree a fixed monthly fee. That covers whatever you need: copy, new pages, products, small features or design tweaks, all done within 48 hours. Only big projects, such as a full redesign, are quoted separately. We also take care of updates, backups and uptime monitoring, and if the site runs with us on Hostinger, the hosting is part of the plan too. Every month we’ll also suggest one improvement ourselves, based on what the data shows, and you always deal directly with Filip or Oliver.
If you don’t need changes and just want the site to stay online and secure, you pay a smaller basic fee. If you’d rather pay only for specific work, we bill it at our hourly rate with no commitment, even for a site on your own server. And if you change your mind later, you can take the site over yourself or hand it to someone else at any time.
