Apps, automation and AI

Less manual work and fewer mistakes, so you have more time for what makes you money.

First we find out where you and your team lose time: copying data, spreadsheets, the same emails over and over. Then we build whatever saves you the most, whether that’s a web app, automation linking the tools you already use, or an AI assistant.

We build web apps around how your business actually works. That could be a client portal where customers find their documents, orders and job status, a booking system, or an internal tool for orders, scheduling and customer records. It also covers dashboards that show live numbers from several sources in one place, and calculators or configurators for your customers.

Automations connect the tools you already use: forms, CRM, invoicing, email, calendars and spreadsheets, for example through Make, Zapier or our own code. A new order then creates its own invoice, sends the customer a confirmation and adds a row to your spreadsheet without anyone touching it.

An AI assistant knows your content and documents and answers customers on your website, by email or on WhatsApp, in several languages. It can book appointments, and when it’s out of its depth it hands the conversation to a person. We build it on leading models, for example Claude or GPT, and handle your data carefully, so everyone sees only what they’re meant to see.

What’s included

  • A review of where your time goes
  • Web apps and portals
  • Automation linking your tools
  • AI assistants and data processing

What you get

  • Where your time goes

Together we work out where your team loses time: copying data, spreadsheets, the same emails again and again. Then we start with whatever saves you the most and add the rest bit by bit.

  • Web apps

Client portals with documents, orders and job status, booking systems, and internal tools for orders, scheduling or customer records. It all runs in the browser, so there’s nothing to install.

  • An AI assistant

The assistant knows your content and documents, answers on your website, by email or on WhatsApp, and speaks several languages. It books appointments and hands over to a person when it’s out of its depth. We build it on leading models, for example Claude or GPT.

  • Automations

We connect forms, CRM, invoicing, email, calendars and spreadsheets, for example through Make, Zapier or our own code. A new order then generates its invoice, sends the confirmation and lands in the spreadsheet on its own.

  • Live dashboards

We pull the numbers from your shop, accounting or CRM into one dashboard that updates itself, so nobody has to piece them together in a spreadsheet every month.

  • Calculators and configurators

Customers work out a price or put a product together on your website, and you receive a complete enquiry with every detail.

  • AI processing at scale

Product descriptions, translations, pulling data out of invoices and contracts, sorting emails, summaries and reports. AI does the heavy lifting, leaving you just the checking.

  • Careful with your data

We handle your data carefully and set up access rights, so everyone sees only what they need for their work.

  • Training your team

We show your team how to use the new tools, and you get documentation to come back to whenever you need it.

What you end up with

  • A working tool
  • Documentation
  • A trained team
  • Ongoing care, if you want it
How we work

How a custom tool comes together

Four steps from the review to a tool your team uses every day. We tackle whatever saves the most first, and you know the fixed price up front.

  1. Review

We go through how you and your team work today and where the time goes. We list what could be automated or replaced with an app, and rank it by how much it would save you.

    What you get

    • Where your time goes
    • A priority list
    • A fixed price
  2. Design

We design how the tool will work and what connects to what. You see the app’s screens as a clickable preview, so you can try them out before we build them.

    What you get

    • A connection plan
    • A clickable preview
  3. Build and testing

We build the tool, set up access rights and test it on real data. We tune any AI assistant on your own content and documents. You can follow our progress on a private preview link throughout.

    What you get

    • A private preview link
    • Testing on real data
    • Access rights set up
  4. Launch and training

We launch the tool, train your team and hand over the documentation. From there we keep looking after it and building on it, or hand it over to you with every login.

    What you get

    • A live tool
    • Team training
    • Documentation

Frequently asked questions

Web apps, AI assistants and automations that take repetitive manual work off your team’s hands. For example:

  • A client portal where your customers find their documents, orders and the status of their job.
  • A booking system, or an internal tool for orders, scheduling or customer records.
  • A dashboard with live numbers from several sources in one place.
  • An AI assistant that knows your documents and answers customers on your website, by email or on WhatsApp. It can book appointments, speaks several languages and hands the conversation to you when a person is needed.
  • An automation that turns a new order into an invoice, a confirmation email and a new row in your spreadsheet. We can connect forms, CRM, invoicing, email and calendars, for example through Make, Zapier or our own code.
  • Bulk processing with AI: product descriptions, translations, pulling data out of invoices and contracts, or sorting emails.

We start by looking at where your team loses the most time, and build whatever saves you the most first. We handle data carefully, so only the people who need access get it, and we show your team how to use the finished tool.

A smaller brochure site takes several weeks, a larger project several months. Once we’ve seen the brief we’ll give you a specific date, and we’ll stick to it.

When a deadline slips, it’s almost never because of the build. Usually we’re waiting for material: copy, photos, logins or sign-off inside your company. If you know the copy will be a struggle, tell us at the start. We can either write it for you or plan the schedule around it.
